Post Meeting #1 - 29th July @ AVA 2.45 - 4.45pm

Hi All,
Glad that 27 students turned up for the first CIP meeting. Things that were covered in the first meeting:
1) Ice-Breakers - Winning Group was Group 5 with a total score of 15! Well Done!
2) Introduction of the Cultural Immersion Programme (Vietnam) by Mr How
3) Distribution of the CIP file (a total of 6 pages given)
4) Briefing on the assignment: Autobiography (to be completed by end of august)
5) Selection of Leader from each CIP group
6) Submission of copy of passport (to include photograph and expiry date page) to Ms Amy Phang by 2nd Aug, Monday

1st Meeting for selected CIP pupils

Dear selected CIP pupils for 2010/2011

Once again congratulations on your selection...

Your seniors (2009/2010) have just completed their programme last Sunday... Now it is your turn... To kick off the programme, there will be a meeting for all. Details as follow:

Date: 29th July 2010

Time: 245 pm to 4 pm

Venue: AVA theatre

Please do ask time-off from your respective CCA teachers on that day, if needed...

The List Is Out!

Dear all,

The list of names for the CIP to Vietnam is out.

Congratulations to these pupils.

Please follow this blog for any upcoming announcements.

Publicity for CIP

Publicity for the CIP started with two assembly programes on the 02/03 and 09/03 respectively. The pupils were shown a video as well as some information about the Vietnam trip.

On top of that, posters were put up at different locations of the school to garner interest.

Namelist of pupils selected for the trip was also put up in all sec 2 classes. Of course, we also welcome pupils who are not selected but are keen to go (provided they meet the criteria).

There will also be a first round interview on 30/03 and 31/03 respectively at MR1 at 2.45pm.

First Meeting

To get the 3rd year of our CIP going, the teachers had a meeting cum dinner at Liquid Cafe on the last day of the term.
