Follow-up Action from Students' Briefing

Things to do:
1. To prepare a souvenir for your buddy
2. To make a thank-you card for the Vietnamese teachers (one card per group)
3. To submit reflections of your trip to Vietnam on A3 size paper (individual)
4. To submit plan for 15 min icebreaker (group) and hosting itinerary (individual) to nvssvietnam@gmail.com (deadline: 15 July, Friday)
5. To sms/inform Ms Danz Tan regarding you and your parents' attendance for the Farewell Lunch on 24 July (deadline: 13 July, Wednesday)

CIP Meeting and Parents' Briefing on Friday 8th July

Dear boys and girls,
Please note that there will be a CIP meeting this Friday, 8th July 2011.

Please bring along your completed assignment which you were supposed to do on a A3 size paper.

Time: 6pm to 7pm

There will also be a parents' briefing on the same day. This will be held from 7pm to 8pm at the AVA rm for parents and pupils who will be hosting the Vietnamese students.

Ignore the previous post on the assembly programme for 3rd May

Dear Boys and Girls,
Please ignore the earlier post on the assembly programme for 3rd May.

The song item will be removed from our presentation next week.

We will just be showing a video clip.

Thus, only the emcees, Sharon and Alvin need to be present for the assembly programme on 3rd May.

For the rest of you, you will remain in class for normal lessons.

The same video will be shown tomorrow during the Upper Sec assembly, so not to worry, you will still have a chance to watch the video clip :)
